Here you will find our cancellation policy for driving lessons and courses.
We aim to provide all students with predictable and professional training, and therefore fixed guidelines apply for cancellations and communication. Please read the terms carefully before booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a lesson, this must be done no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
If you need to cancel a course, this must be done no later than 3 days before the course.
Mandatory training such as Safety Course on Track, Safety Course on Country Roads, night driving demo, first aid course, cargo securing course, and driving test must be canceled at least 3 business days before the appointment. Repeated absences from the basic traffic course will be charged at NOK 700 per day.
First Aid: NOK 900
Night Driving Demo: NOK 1,900

Payments
Payment is made via EHF invoice with a 7-day due date or via Vipps.
If you have an outstanding balance of NOK 7,500, it will not be possible to book further training.
Unpaid invoices will be forwarded to our debt collection partner after two reminders, 30 days.
